Tasting - "Maipe Chatana Wines Reserve"

Maipe Chatana Wines Reserve Grape: Bonarda Country: Argentina Region: Mendoza Vintage year: 2018 Price: $3 Online review: Ripe berry, vanilla, tobacco and oak aromas announce a tight and firm palate with juicy acidity and hard tannins. Wine Folly: This grape mainly grows in Argentina and is a rare grape. Provides exceptional value as a single-variertal wine and is similar to Malbec. The flavors to be expected include plum, cherry, licorice, cocoa, and graphite. My Review: This is one of the worst wines I have tasted, but to be expected when only paying $3. This wine may have gone bad because it had a slight taste of vinegar. This wine was not well balanced at all and was very very dry. and acidic The main flavors I got from it was leather, tobacco, and earthy with no fruity flavors at all.
