Online Review: Presenting dark, ripe fruit on the nose with subtle herbal notes, your first sip of this wine will convey its complexity. On the palette, the acid is the driver but compliments the fruit perfectly. There is depth and multiple layers in this wine where the more you drink this pinot noir, the richer the flavors get.
Wine Folly: Central California is known for good Pinot Noirs. Wine Folly says to expect bold, juicy red fruit flavors supported with spice and vanilla notes, red cherry, raspberry, allspice, darjeeling tea, and vanilla.
My Review: This is my favorite red wine to date and most expensive (it was a gift). This wine was dry and very fruity (only tasted the raspberry) and overall very balanced.
